Opps! - Tom Girardi Forgot to Tell the Bankruptcy Trustee about his alleged millions in secret bank accounts.

In the latest development in the RHoBH’s most lied-about saga, we have the Girardi’s again demonstrating their particular brand of truth.

The lawyer investigating the law firm’s bankruptcy says he found the mystery bank accounts that may contain millions to help pay back his victims.

According to court documents obtained by Radar, the trustee presiding over Girardi’s involuntary Chapter 7 case is asking for permission to obtain records from Chase and Citi Bank.

The bankruptcy trustee’s lawyer, Ronald Richardson, says the accounts “may lead to additional information which will not only help me have a clearer picture of the Debtor’s financial history, but may also help me determine whether any of the Debtor’s assets have been wrongfully diverted."

In an absolutely enthralling week worthy of a Lifetime movie, Erika Jayne is being slammed from all directions.

It’s alleged $25million was paid out and approved by Erika Jayne from her husband, Tom Girardi’s, law firm.

The lawsuit claims $14 million was charged on Erika’s American Express card and another $11 million was paid to her shopping vendors.

And so begins this weekend’s dramatic developments in the Girardi Keese bankruptcy case.

On Friday an amended claim was lodged with the court by the bankruptcy trustee.

In the action, described by EJ as beyond boring, it alleges $14million was charged on her American Express card and another $11 million was paid to shopping vendors.

Erika, along with her EJ Global and Pretty Mess companies, allegedly received jewelry and other luxury items purchased using funds from Tom Girardi's Girardi Keese law firm.

"Erika has taken the ludicrous position that since she did not receive the payments directly from the [firm] she is not liable.”

Did disgraced California super lawyer Tom Girardi tell people he  had cancer in the final crumbling days of his empire?  The estranged husband of EJ is also telling the bankruptcy court he suffers rapidly-advancing dementia. But yet in mid-2020, Tom still had enough clarity to interview three guests on his podcast. Newly-released Tom Girardi podcast recordings show a different side of the man painted as an invalid.

On his show, Champions of Justice, he sounds sharp and eloquent as ever with quotes from Abraham Lincoln to back him up.

Let’s talk about a legendary lawyer who drove off a cliff while navigating a switchback road. The 78-year-old who was ejected from his vehicle, concussed for 12 hours and then left lying out in the open. 

The lawyer’s trophy wife, who has given  two versions of the story said: “I was just assuming he was with another woman.” 

She says she found him after he called her from the crash site where he wad found with a broken ankle, clavicle and shoulder.

A court has ruled three victims of alleged predatory lawyer Tom Girardi, Erika’s estranged husband, can now recoup their missing settlements from assets owned the Beverly Hills housewife.

She is publicly stating it won't break her heart.
