  • On today's episode we switch to a true conversation format, where Sophie and Jenna discuss their races at Gorge Waterfalls 50k. They finished 4th and 6th respectively in a stacked field!


    Sophie and Jenna also cover their training leading into Gorge and how to handle setbacks during training and in the middle of the race.


    Up next? Sophie is racing the Quad Rock 25 miler hosted by Gnar Runners on May 11th. Jenna is racing Run Rabbit 100 miler in Steamboat in September, but is of course open to some crazy races this summer.
