Vanessa, originally from White House, TN, moved to Clarksville in 2011 to attend APSU, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Music Education and two master's degrees, one in Music Education and another in Conducting. Her impressive journey includes performing in the 2023 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and being honored as one of the 29 nationwide educators for the Country Music Hall of Fame’s 2024 class of Music Teachers of Excellence. Vanessa has been working in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System, most recently at Montgomery Central High School. Tune in to hear her inspiring story!
