My guest today is Jim Gale, the founder of Food Forest Abundance. Jim has a simple belief, if we Control our food, we control our freedom. And the way to do so is simple too.

Fun fact, do you know what the largest and most destructive monoculture crop is? It’s grass. And there is a wild history around how we were duped into believing that it was a good idea to turn our fertile, food yielding land into a patch of green that we spend so much time and money to keep manicured with poisoness chemicals.
