Just what I needed

I am a 37 year old mom of 3. I was having so many symptoms that I just chalked up to early perimenopause, but I was so sick of dealing with them. I felt like my body hated me and the only answer was to lose weight. Maybe I just needed to cut out carbs, or maybe try strict IF, or Whole 30. The only thing I could sustain while being a working mom of 3 was IF but the symptoms worsened after. I was at a loss. I had heard about the metabolic diet and came across this podcast. I’m so glad I did!!! Keisha explains everything that I was seeing in my body but really made me feel like it was fixable and that the problem wasn’t my body but what I was doing to my body. I felt like she was giving me permission to just nourish my body, love my body, and treat my body the way I should so I can grow old healthfully and gracefully.
