Hi I’m Jessica Przulj and I am SO excited that you are here on my podcast Habit Stacking Mom. I remember what it felt like to be so lost in my day, exhausted and ready to collapse in front of Netflix, as soon as my kiddos went to sleep. So frustrated with another week that spiraled from one mess, one fight, one laundry basket to another. A typical day where all I eat is my children’s leftover sandwich crust and drink never ending mugs of coffee refills that left my cup way past empty. Thank God, I discovered the brilliant method of habit stacking which involves stacking a new desired behavior onto a current behavior allowing me to use way less mental energy. An easy button for creating time cracks in my day to make managing the flow of my homelife more effortless. I began tracking all the things I spent my time on each day and paying close attention to anything that repeated. I was intentional with pinpointing what was working and what wasn’t, so I could re-stack these daily actions in a way that made my routines more efficient. Each day became more motivating as I noticed the needle moving forward. I was replacing habits that were keeping me stuck with more efficient habit stacks that would make me feel more accomplished and present with my children. I enjoyed the time I had with them so much more. I am here to teach you everything that I have personally worked through as a sahm and help you speed up the process of getting a grip on your homelife. Join me inside this podcast where we will explore the technique of re-stacking your habits so you can stop unintentionally giving your days away. Together we can build stronger patterns and rhythms that will allow you to be more efficient with your time and improve all aspects of your family dynamics.. We will also systematically declutter your home so you can begin to breathe and enjoy your home. And finally, you. Lets not forget about you momma! You are NOT alone.
