  • Navigating Offense in Busness - Jim Shulman
    Jul 1 2024

Do people get you, or don't they?

In this episode of Happy to Offend You Podcast I interviewed Jim Shulman. He is the owner of Elsinore Business Associates. Jim has worked exclusively with entrepreneurs for more than thirty years, and shares interesting characteristics of most successful entrepreneurs, particularly their frustrations working with organizations, and how they're most productive (though never really satisfied.) Jim, with over 40 years of experience in sales and marketing, has seen it all - from selling auto restoration equipment to polyester pants and even natural herbal-based personal lubricants to fundamentalist Christian women. His journey epitomizes the sales role that many shy away from due to the fear of offending someone. But, Jim's success story is a testament to the fact that understanding and overcoming this fear can lead to incredible opportunities.
