Nicole brings us along on her journey of her relatively "normal" (what is normal, right?) pregnancy where she decided she desired to have an unmedicated labor. She prepped with spinning babies and hypnobirthing and ultimately went overdue but had a positive induction process. You'll have to listen to hear more, but welcome nicole!

Today we talk to Shannon, AGAIN! Before you listen to this podcast makes sure you go back and listen to her first birth story. Shannon had a second breech baby, which I'm not sure the exact statistics but its pretty dang rare to have 2 back to back. Regardless; we chat today about alllllllll the things she did to try to prepare herself as much as possible for a VBAC birth. Shannon talks a LOT about just finding peace with her journey throughout this process and her redemptive breastfeeding journey with her second baby. Along with a pretty long chat about oral restrictions. Its always fun to talk to Shan because she was the person that prompted me to do doula & CLC training. Without this little bundle of joy named Hattie; I may have never done it.
