  • After a chaotic and traumatic childhood filled with pain, abuse and addiction I am now on a journey of self - discovery and self-healing! Join me Mel Jay an Anthropologist in my raw and unfiltered expression exploring thought provoking topics around holistic health, wellness and trauma that will empower and inspire you on your own healing  journey.

    I completed my degree in 2022 with a double major in both Psychology and Social Anthropology, my research interests are those exploring mental health, rehabilitation and trauma using holistic and natural approaches.

    I have been on a sober, holistic and plant based wellness journey since 2016 when I began to look for alternative options to manage my PTSD and chronic anxiety symptoms, my life changed forever. 

    My purpose in life now is to help guide others on their own healing journeys using an holistic approach where we incorporate your mind, body and soul.
