  • Patrick Davitt and Tyler Stegmann get into the 5 Health Related Physical Fitness Components that make up the foundational framework of the entire field of Exercise Science.  Patrick talks about his expertise in the different realm’s of physical activity, exercise, and how each relate to your health/well being. 
    This will be a 2-part series, with this episode being 1 of 2, where we discuss the 5 different components, how they relate to health and fitness differently and the beginnings of how we go about testing them.  Episode 2 will dive into the prescription component of each, how to get started and ultimately move forward to a better version of yourself. 
    We will also cover the Skill Related Physical Fitness Components in another mini-episode.
