    In today’s episode, we move into the Throat Chakra — also known as Vishuddha in Sanskrit. As the fifth chakra, the Throat is all about communication, self-expression, and speaking our truth with clarity and care.

    Themes of this chakra include authentic expression, honest communication, creativity, and truly listening — both to ourselves and others. When the Throat Chakra is balanced, we feel free to share our voice, express our needs, and create from a grounded sense of truth.

    Journal Prompts for the Held Practice
    To help you connect with and support your Throat Chakra, we’ve shared the following prompts:

    Authentic Expression:
    "Do I feel safe and confident expressing my true thoughts and feelings? Are there areas of my life where I silence myself or hold back? What would it feel like to speak from a place of truth and trust?"

    Communication and Listening:
    "How do I show up in conversations — do I listen with presence and speak with care? Are there patterns of over-explaining, people-pleasing, or withdrawing? What would balanced, respectful communication look like for me?"

    Creative Voice:
    "In what ways do I use my voice creatively — whether through words, art, movement, or other forms of expression? Is there a part of me longing to be expressed or heard? How can I give that part more space?"

    In today’s episode, we’re moving into the Heart Chakra — also known as Anahata in Sanskrit. As the fourth chakra, the Heart is the bridge between the lower and upper chakras, connecting the physical with the spiritual. It’s the home of love, compassion, connection, and forgiveness — both for ourselves and others.

    Themes of this chakra include emotional openness, trust, boundaries, grief, and healing. When the Heart Chakra is balanced, we feel connected, empathetic, and able to give and receive love with ease.

    Journal Prompts for the Held Practice
    To help you connect with and support your Heart Chakra, we’ve shared these reflective prompts:

    Giving and Receiving Love:
    "How comfortable do I feel giving and receiving love — not just in words, but in presence and action? Are there parts of me that resist love, and where might that resistance come from? What would it feel like to soften into love more fully?"

    Compassion and Forgiveness:
    "Where in my life am I being called to offer more compassion — to myself or to someone else? Are there any old hurts I’m holding onto? What might begin to shift if I chose to forgive and release?"

    Heart-Centred Boundaries:
    "Do I honour my own emotional needs as much as I honour the needs of others? Where might I be overgiving or holding back? How can I create boundaries that protect my heart while still keeping it open?"
