    About Nicholas (Nick) Pazarentzos Nick has been a firefighter/Paramedic for 15 years.  Nick and his family are moving from San Antonio, TX to their new home in the beautiful suburbs of North Dallas.  They are thrilled to be in an area that has amazing schools and parks to raise their daughter Audrey.   Nick has made such a wonderful decision to go into the family business and be the Managing Partner with Cindy Sheller in her expansion to the Dallas Mid Cities Market.  Caring Senior Service - Dallas Mid-Cities has been in the planning for many months and the location will launch be sometime in the first week of August 2021. Nick has been serving and providing care to the communities he's resided in for many years.  As an extension of his passion for service, his role in the company will be a continuation of his care and excellence in serving others.  He brings a wonderful and unique clinical and professional skill to the people that Caring Senior Service will serve in the DFW area.  His knowledge of both simple and complex medical issues will be invaluable to his success and the clients we serve. Nicholas is passionate in all things that he does.  His wife, Sarah Benz, Ph.D. is also a very accomplished member and servant of the community. Sarah works in education with an emphasis in special education as a senior researcher based out of Washington D.C. and provides technical assistance to local, state, and federal entities. Together, this power couple will be an instrumental part of bridging the needs gap and caring for the seniors of the community. How lucky we are to have them! In 2015 she left the Healthcare Corporate world to become an entrepreneur and bring Caring Senior Service to the Tucson and Southern Arizona communities. She is married to Lee Sheller & has two children Nick Pazarentzos 34, Zachary who is 13 years old. One Grandbaby Audrey 15 months. We live on 4 acres of land in Tucson and have two dogs, 3 desert tortoises, 9 chickens and an array of fish, and one Axolotl. Cindy’s Tucson office is ranked among the top Caring Senior Service Agencies in the nation. Cindy is the recipient of the coveted Hedgehog Award for 2021. I have an A.S. from PCC and attended the U of A and ASU online. Earlier this year I published my first book “Use It or Lose It.” I also hold multiple certifications in the exercise field, Including a degree from Personal Training school. I am extremely close to my family and I am engaged to Rasha. Tucson Corrective Exercise was founded by accident in 2013 after I taught an exercise class at Starfish on River Hills. But then in 2015 I left my job and went full time owner operator quickly needing to hire more people. We offer group and one on one exercise training for seniors with disabilities. Over the last 8 years my team and I have helped hundreds of seniors regain the ability to walk and improve other functions necessary to help them live life more independently. We are currently working on an expansion to senior living facilities in Scottsdale Az. I will work every day the rest of my life to see that TCE becomes a brand that is known for empowering seniors. Sena’s family and heritage is from Northern Arizona, Flagstaff, AZ. Sena was born in Tucson Az out of medical necessity. Her mother had a rare blood disorder that made the pregnancy dangerous to both the mom and the baby (Sena). They were emergency transported from Flagstaff to University of Arizona Medical Center in Tucson, AZ. Sena was 2 months premature and was born at 2lbs 13 oz. Sena made medical history by being the first baby in Arizona to survive being an RHFactor baby. This made her immune system very compromised, and Sena spent her entire childhood sick. Sena was raised by her grandparents in Flagstaff AZ. Her grandmother felt that activities would strengthen her and she took up activities such as Tap Dancing, Jazz Dancing, Playing the Organ, Gymnastics, Swimming, Silversmithing, Jewelry designing and Lamp work Glass. Sena was like a little fish and made it far on professional swimming team, placing in the top 5 in State, Regionals and Junior Olympics. Sena was raised near the Navajo Reservation from age 14 and there was fortunate to start training in Traditional Navajo Medicine. Her interest in this was in an effort to fix her own health. Sena had a son in 1997, moved to Tucson in 2001, raised her son alone, and pursued an education in Traditional Chinese Medicine. In 2010 Sena adopted / took in her son’s best friend. Sena has a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MacOM) in 2011. She opened Old Pueblo Acupuncture in 2013. Sena uses her own health experiences, her traditional Navajo and Traditional Chinese medicine training to get amazing results with her patients. She is truly a gifted healer and LOVES this medicine.
