Having one really gets in the way of consistently writing content and getting this podcast out in the world! So for today, I’m going to give you some updates on what has been going on in my world.     → Next… I’m scanning photos and emotions are coming up, oh no! But then my wonderful cousin asks me… just like you’re now sending love to your younger self, what if your future self is sending love to your present self? The question blows me away.
