    Script 1

Embracing mindfulness in the kitchen allows you to turn an everyday task into a moment of peace and presence. The best part? You’re incorporating mindfulness into something you already do, making it an effortless addition to your routine. Job done!

Start by setting the stage for mindfulness. Take a moment to breathe deeply and clear your mind. Gather all your ingredients and tools, arranging them neatly. Notice the colours, textures, and shapes of the ingredients. Lift the herbs to your nose and smell them. As you wash your hands, feel the temperature of the water and the sensation of cleanliness.

    Script 2

On phone (to Dave Goodwin, CEO of EVATION): Of course. I’ll be there right away.

Narration: May 21st. I receive a call from Goodwin, known to his friends as Dave. He’s CEO of a finance company called EVATION, and they’re in a whole world of trouble. Caught up in the middle of a money laundering crisis from hell, and I already have a bad feeling about this case. I’d better not keep him waiting. Sounds like he needs help fast, or my name’s not Private Inspector Decker. I take off into the night and make my way to EVATION HQ.

    About our guest:

Will Harrison-Wallace is a Londoner.. his route into acting & voice work was slightly unorthodox… spending a number of years in the financial markets when the financial crash of 2008 presented an open door for him! He did a 1 year MA at Drama School - and thereafter began a very different chapter. Acting work has mostly been on stage - UK tours, regional theatre, London fringe and - in the last few years - at the NT and West End.

One of his very first VO jobs was providing the voice of a Bingo Caller for a Facebook Bingo game…. He enjoys character work - which other than audio drama and video games has included, Dubbing / ADR / Looping & Museum Exhibition Characters.... This year Game Titles include 'Warhammer III - Total War' and 'Age of Water’ .

He's also the voice of 3 characters in Thomas & Friends; the latest iteration of Thomas the Tank Engine shown on Channel 5 in the UK.

Due to gender bias, women frequently get overlooked for management opportunities.

Research has revealed that people identify different traits with different genders, and link management attributes like risk-taking and decisiveness with men. One study found that women are over 80% more effective than men in management proficiencies like stepping forward and pushing for results. Despite numerous research proposing that men and women are equally capable of working in leadership, women are promoted less than their male colleagues.

    Script 1

With it’s sublime a-list allure, red lipstick has long been the makeup essential of red carpets, award shows, and black-tie galas. Swiping on a coating of crimson taps into the star power, captivating elegance, and je ne sais quoi associated with the actresses of what’s become known as the Golden Age of Hollywood, which began in the late 1920s.

    Script 2

Bluey, you’ve saved my son, for that I will reward you with a magical wand that will grant you five wishes - but you must think hard before you make a wish. You can fulfil wishes for yourself and others as well, but be careful, if someone else gets the wand, he will get the five wishes. To activate it, you must say a special magical phrase while holding it.
