• Anon asks, I’ve started in a Leadership position with a consulting firm that has a female CEO. She berates people, disempowers her leaders and tends to fly off the handle. It’s a small, family run business that is looking to grow but I’m not sure how to deal with this as she terrifies me. Would love thoughts or tips?

• Michelle asks, Is it okay to not want to go back to work after having a baby? I think I have lost my way a little.

  How do I crack into the public sector and do you think it is worth it when you get there? I have worked in the private sector for 15 years in IT and would love a change.
