  • Registered dietician, Leslie Urbas was adamant that she would have a natural birth with little or no medication. After all, she was ultra fit and no one in her family had ever had a c-section birth. However, life doesn't always go the way we expect and Leslie found herself needing the cesarean. Leslie joins me today to tell us about her pregnancy and the birth of her daughter, Lily.
