  • One aspect that we face in our daily lives is working under pressure, and to make better decisions and take decisive actions we need to keep our cool. To be able to do that we need to understand two things. First, some things are not in our control. These are aspects we need to accept and let go of. Second, there are things we do have within our control. From here we can begin to decide how we react to these things, including how we speak, behave, respond, and how to think of ourselves. We pressure ourselves to not fail and we should always succeed. This causes toxic productivity, pressure, and low self-esteem to grow instead. Identity We tend to let our entrepreneurial journey dictate who we are. However, we are more than just entrepreneurs, we are someone’s mother, friend, wife, husband, son, or sister … we need to understand that being an entrepreneur is only one aspect of who we are.
