After his success on Dateline NBC’s Ultimate Weight Loss Challenge when Tom’s client, a pastry chef, lost 40 pounds, Tom’s weight loss sessions and program success continues after thousands of sessions over the years. Tom will be presenting at the 2025 NGH Convention and Education Conference in August.

Alexander Ivlev was born in Russia. When he was 12, his older friend gave him a book titled “Gymnastics for the Brain.” That book was about meditation, self-hypnosis, and autogenic training. Alexander had read this book and many other books about hypnosis and soon became very fascinated with self-improvement.
