  • We are allowed to feel what we feel. We are free to express, and be. Our feelings are valid. Our feelings speak to what aligns with us and what doesn’t. We can use our feelings to navigate where we are in our growth journey, to learn more about ourselves and others. We are living, feeling, breathing beings, and it is a true gift to feel; it is our human nature. Today, we’re taking time to speak to our feelings, and reclaim our innate power.

    This is our last episode of Season 5. Before we begin our affirmation meditation, I have to give a special thank you to you. Every time you listen to this podcast, it brings joy to my heart and inspires me to keep inspiring others. I hope you’ve received something from these words, you can always come back for daily reminders. Who knows, maybe we’ll release a bonus episode before our next season.
