If you listened to EP04 of Season UNO, you them know that I had promise to Chasing Abbey to try Tapple Juice with them when in Tullamore. I might have missed the trip to Tullamore, but took chance of the trio's gig at the Olympia Theater in April to finally get a "trop" of the famous drink.

Davina Devine is one of Ireland's most recognizable Drag Queens & Cabaret showgirls. Having served on stages all over Ireland & Internationally for two solid decades.

She represented Ireland at World Gay Pride in Toronto 2014, Mardi Gras in Sydney 2015 as well as performing at festivals such as Electric Picnic, Longitude and the hottest Nightlife hotspots national and internationally. 

But, is Davina  a true Diva and always the life and soul de la fiesta? How easy or difficult was it for her before reaching the top?

Chef Adrian Martin sat down with me for episode six  to have a sweet conversation about his culinary skills, his career, life between Dublin and London and future plans. I added the spicy taste, teaching him some Venezuelan sayings that will bring him nowhere but, to sound as a real venezolano… like me!

Adrian Martin is an Irish chef brought up in County Cavan, Ireland. He trained in some of Ireland’s most renowned restaurants including MacNean House (where he worked for six years) and Michelin Star restaurant, Bon Appetite in Malahide where he was head of Pastry. While working in kitchens he studied pastry in DIT Kevin Street, Professional Cookery in South West College Enniskillen and holds a degree in Culinary Arts from the School of Tourism, Killybegs.

Martin is a regular staple on our screens. As resident chef on Virgin Medias Six' O Clock Show for the last 6 years as well as multiple guest appearances on Tv in the Uk and Ireland. Adrian has also hosted several of his own cookery shows. These include "Fakeaway" & "Chef Adrian Eats Ireland" for RTE, "Wild Cooks" for BBC & "Cook" on Amazon Prime Video. In 2020, Martin co-launched independent production company, Taste Bud Productions, that develops shows and formats for the U.K, Ireland and digital platforms.

As a published author, Martin has released two cookery books, both which have become bestsellers across Ireland & UK including; "Fakeaway" & "Create".
