Amber Davidson served 49 months of a 70 month sentence at Dublin Federal Prison outside of Oakland, California. Her story illustrates the dangers of associating with the wrong company because she was roped into a cannabis conspiracy case due to her relationship with her then boyfriend.

Aisha Hall has always been a problem solver, no matter how complicated the issue! She began her entrepreneurial journey at the young of 16 and quickly found her footing within the mortgage and lending industry. Serving high net earners soon led Aisha to become exposed to the Private Placement Platform, an extremely niche trading market with high profile and high earning clientele.

Her business started out legal, but the request of one hasty client caused Aisha to rush through her usual protocol, a costly mistake which led to a 10 year sentence in federal prison.

Today, Aisha continues to work in the finance industry in credit repair. She is also a speaker, participating in many women’s empowerment and financial empowerment events, and she is the author of the children’s finance book “Larry the Lending Lion.”

Dr. Cynthia Williams is a grief specialist and counselor who also works in philanthropy and has a doctorate in humanities and social justice. Having dealt with grief in her own life, she strives to teach others how to avoid the mistakes she's made and how to understand themselves.

As a child, Dr. Williams experienced abuse and struggles with poverty, which led her to become involved in selling drugs to help her family make ends meet. Her involvement with selling drugs would eventually lead to the personal usage of drugs, further complicating her life. At the age of 17, she gave birth to her first child and made changes to her lifestyle, but her association with illegal drugs landed her in a 15 month prison sentence.

Tragedy struck her family when she lost her first born, Christopher, in a vehicular accident which was caused by a distracted driver. She and her family had to learn how to process the grief, and she would later go on to advocate for laws against distracted driving. Today, Dr. Williams continues her work as a grief specialist and advocates for laws to help family receive more personal time from work to properly grieve the loss of loved ones.
