    Del Adey-Jones had mental health issue around Codependency and Narcissistic Abuse. she spent thirty plus years in conventional therapy trying to overcome the negative effects of these issues. It was only when she came across the 3 Principles that she was able to find the way out of that thinking and behaviour.

    This episode covered the detrimental effect of excessive emotional and psychological reliance on a partner and narcissism and how a deep understanding of the inside-out understanding could 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐮𝐬 in this matter.
