  • Alright folks, let's dive into the weather forecast for Nashville, Tennessee.

    Today, being Independence Day, we've got a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms popping up, mainly after noon. It's going to be mostly sunny and hot with a high near 97°F. But watch out for those heat index values as high as 109 - stay cool out there. The wind will be coming from the south at around 5 miles per hour, shifting to the west in the afternoon. You might get a bit of rain, with new amounts less than a tenth of an inch, though thunderstorms could bring higher amounts.

    Tonight, there's a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, especially after 4am. Expect partly cloudy skies with a low around 76°F, and the wind calming down.
