  • For my German podcast Jaspers Abenteuer I spoke to Maria Teresa Garcia Rodriguez. Teresa lives in Tenerife and is an animal welfare activist since she settled to the island over 30 years ago. Teresa is part of Plataforma No A la Caza, a Spanish movement against hunting. She also is president of the animal welfare organisation APRAM Tenerife. Teresa told me about the bad situation of hunting dogs in Spain, animal welfare acts and the massive importance of education for better future perspectives. I think this interview is very important, because of the insight view Teresa has. So I decided to translate and voiceover it and put it in the first interview episode of this podcast.
