  • It's that time of year when many of our kids go off to College and the reality of not having them around all the time sinks in. For some it's a happy time but for many (like myself) it is a punch in the gut and a time for stocking up on Kleenex! In this episode I share my own angst and sadness of having my youngest child go off to College. Tough. Tough. Tough. 

    I'll also discuss what it means to be an empty nester as well as what can be done to alleviate the withdrawal of not having your kids around all the time and making time for yourself and your spouse/partner.
