  • I met a friend who was bereaved, and says I - I'll be thinking of you. Afterwards I realised that this is a new version of the old phrase I'll pray for you.

    So I'm delighted to share with you what I see behind the phrase, and how it works in Buddhist and Christian meditation, and how wonderful it is for one's own mental health to open up the love below the surface, the open hearted joy that exists when you are "thinking" of someone.
