  • Networks are about personal connections. During lockdown, technology allowed us to keep having interactions with each other through simple actions, like texting or joining a Zoom call. In a post-pandemic context, networking is as relevant as ever. A well-maintained network can help broaden your skill set and bring diverse views and ideas that accelerate your work. But, how do we navigate the transition from digital interactions to face-to-face? Indeed, we need to decide how much time and effort we are willing to put into sustaining those relationships.

     

    In this episode, Dr Michelle Rogan and alumnus Salwa Darraj give advice on how to best build and maintain networks. They discuss the impact of the pandemic on how we navigate social and professional interactions. They also share their experiences and thoughts about what keeping a diverse network can do for you.
