    Current Director, Deion Sumpter joins Erica in this episode of "I Know Your Name" to emphasize the importance of mentorship and positive environments in creating change, discussing his personal experience of incarceration, and the challenges he faced in finding employment and housing due to his background. He discusses the difficulties of not losing hope and building connections with everyone he engages and feels the hardest part of his work is when someone he's connected with becomes a victim of gun violence.
