So firstly can I apologise for basically giving you the same episode 2 weeks in row last week and the week before. I don't even know what happened there but I clearly got in a muddle with my uploads! Anywhoo- we move.

This week we’re reflecting on the fact that the end of the year is rapidly approaching. As per usual it’s time to take stock, spiritual stock in particular. We are talking about clearing out any excess baggage so that we can transition into the New Year lighter and with all the right equipment, by God's grace. We’re talking about the necessity of skimming the dross.

This week, I reflect on when a senior shared one of her daily practices with me which frankly blew my mind and completely shifted my perspective. It was simply, it was daily, it was diligent and building that powerful habit meant she stuck to her goals for over 60 years (!) Listen in and take note . She knew what she needed and treated it daily and when you dig into it, it was scriptural for her to do so. Be encouraged.
