    Welcome back to Infused Moods!

    Today while sipping on Olipops Orange squeeze I infuse with Painting Pictures by Superstar Pride which of course has a sample (Faith Evans!!)

    We then jump in to some of the samples I have picked up on in Rap. While I did not touch on all of them because we would be here for a week, I touched on the ones I like and you may know.

    Again, not everyone samples right and it has become overdone in Rap in the past three years to where its embarrassing. But hey, stuff happens.

    I go up to 50 songs and I will do my best to get them back on spotify (took a break from that)!

    On todays episode we are talking about grief and the grief journey.

    Bare with me as my journey is ongoing and its evident in this cast.

    Infusing with lemon lime water for hydration and three songs: One of These Mornings by Moby,Going Up Yonder by Walter Hawkins and Bigger than Me by Big Sean we touch on the movie Collateral Beauty and how it helped me start processing grief.

    If you are struggling with grief I recommend Grief Counseling and heavily relying on community. Take your time on the journey because Grief will always hit, you just get better at leaning in to it.
