Love the inside scoop!

As a home chef, when I listen to each episode it feels like I'm invited to a secret chef's club. I love hearing about the history of each ingredient and getting tips from professional chefs. Overall, it's fascinating to get a new perspective on these ingredients and learn something new! This podcast is a must listen for any foodie or chef (professional or not)!
