Deliberations continue in the murder trial of Karen Reed, the Boston area woman who could face life in prison if convicted for the death of her boyfriend. The defense contends she was framed, and a raucous crowd outside the court house agrees. Which has prompted a question - can the jury hear them? And if they can, could it impact their deliberations? And tomorrow marks the first big event of the 2024 presidential campaign as President Biden and former President Trump meet in a face to face debate. But the fact that CNN is hosting the event has some Trump supporters saying the former president won't get a fair shake. Plus, with the July 4th holiday approaching, AAA is once again warning of big crowds on the road, and in the air. Predictions are this will be the busiest July 4th travel weekend ever! If you haven't made your plans yet, Ann Mercogliano says there are some deals to be had. And exactly six months from now, the world will have just finished celebrating Christmas…but for one family, the presents have already been coming and coming. They didn't ask for any of the stuff, but packages keep showing up at their house. Jim Moret says they're not alone.

The fate of Karen Read, the Boston area college professor accused of killing her police officer boyfriend is now in the hands of the jury. Today there was perhaps the biggest crowd yet of supporters for the murder suspect who were giving her the red-carpet treatment. And FedEx says its drivers average between 150 and 175 stops per day. A stop for this FedEx driver could have been his last if not for a couple of good Samaritans who knew what to do. He dropped his packages, and then nearly dropped dead from a heart attack. Plus, it's called public transportation - which means you're not the only one of the bus or train. However, try telling that to this person who Les Trent says is in the running for rudest commuter ever. And Inside Edition has more of our interview with the author of the new book about the murder of four University of Idaho students, with the focus on the suspect in the case, Bryan Kohberger, and his family. In the days after the slayings, were they suspicious he could be the killer? Kohberger has plead not guilty.

You can't hear enough warnings about rip currents while at the beach. Just this week, eight people died after being swept away...including a mom and dad in Florida. They're being described as a real-life “Brady Bunch” raising six children in a blended family. Ann Mercogliano tells us what happened. And Inside Edition reports on two miracle stories of survival. The fellow who became a real-life mountain man after being lost in the wilderness for a week and a half, and the four-year-old boy who wandered into the woods, leading to a massive search. Plus, a man was on his way home from work when he got an alert on his security camera app that there was an intruder - and he was still inside the house when the homeowner arrived. So, he took him on with the first weapon he could find…a frying pan! And the defense has rested in the trial of Karen Read, the Boston area college professor accused of killing her police officer boyfriend. Today, the defendant was cheered on by supporters as she arrived at court.
