    The sun has set and the floodlights are off in Nassau as the final day of the World Athletics Relays Bahamas 24 comes to an end and it was Team USA who dominated proceedings. Sanya Richard Ross, Kelly Sotherton and Richard Kilty are on hand to pick over the highs and lows of the weekend with some special guests to help them along the way. Not only are they joined by Canadian sprinter Andre De Grasse who shares his experiences from the Caribbean but also by internet sensations Daniel LaBelle and Charles Brockman III who talk content creation and how they'd shake up the world of athletics!
