Leila is a Fulbright scholar from Cali, Colombia and an accomplished writer and pianist. While at Billboard she has expanded Latin music coverage and is a leading expert in the Latin music space.

    In this conversation, Leila shares how she got where she is, the importance of showcasing and celebrating Latin music, and her thoughts on the industry and how it’s changed.
