In my latest episode of "The Inspired Podcast," I had the pleasure of interviewing Jackie Dighans, a remarkable woman whose journey of faith, motherhood, and personal transformation is nothing short of inspiring. Jackie is not only a devoted wife of 30 years and a mother of 10, but she’s also a covenant life coach, author, and a woman deeply connected to her spiritual path. Jackie’s journey into coaching was divinely led. After homeschooling her children for nearly 20 years and transitioning seven of them to public school, she felt a calling to pursue something new. At first, she didn’t even know what coaching was, but through a series of events, she found herself stepping into this new role. It was a journey marked by obedience to God, one that began with a significant family business closure and her husband’s struggle with depression. Through these challenges, Jackie discovered that her next step was not only homeschooling during the pandemic but also deepening her own spiritual education through Bible school.

Managing a household of 10 children required her to let go of control, trust in God’s plan, and learn to live from a place of rest—a lesson she now teaches her clients. As a covenant life coach, Jackie helps leaders overcome limiting beliefs by encouraging them to view trials as opportunities for growth. This mindset shift, from wishing trials away to embracing them as a part of God’s plan, is a cornerstone of her coaching strategy. Jackie emphasized the importance of curiosity in trials, asking, “What is God doing here?” and helping her clients to grow closer to God through their challenges.

Jackie has also authored several books, including *Covered* and its study guide, as well as the devotional *What If You Believed: 31 Beliefs to Act On From The Living Word to Bring About Life Change*. She explained how God guided her to write these works, which are intended to help readers believe in and live out the Word of God. Her hope is that her books will transform lives by encouraging people to stand on the Word, not just as believers but as those who walk in alignment with God’s truth.

In our discussion, Jackie shared her belief that our work as believers is to “believe on the one that [God] sent,” referring to Jesus as the Word and the Holy Spirit. This simple yet profound concept is the foundation of her coaching practice, where she guides clients to live out the Word practically in their daily lives.
