  • S1 E10 A Message to Garcia by Elbert Hubbard 1899
    Jul 7 2023

Elbert Hubbard, one of America's great ad writers and fiction writers reaches through time to give us this thought provoking piece on the relationship between workers and employers.

"The risk of insult is the price of clarity." Roy H Williams

Hubbard lived long before this quote was coined, but I think he'd have it tattooed on his forehead if he'd heard it.

  • S1 E2 A Dark Bright Hole
    May 25 2023

Everyone needs to do a danger sport once in a while. The near death experience of flying through trees at 20mph down a mountainside on your bike and surviving is one of the best feelings on Earth (can personally confirm). Diving into a dark hole in the ground where you can fall or get stuck and require a whole rescue team to get you out can leave memories and stories to share with your kids and grand kids!

The thrill of overcoming the unexpected is what hooks so many people into these "crazy" activities.

Our story today throws us deep into one of these experiences. How will the spelunkers fair? Tune in to find out!
