    Nandan Mullakara is a thought leader in Automation with a specialty on Robotic Process Automation (RPA). In this episode, we discussed the evolution of automation from OCR to RPA to now intelligent automation. Topics such as human in the loop, episodic capture of process, and data-driven intelligent automation have been discussed. In addition, Nandan articulated the outcomes of these topics, including improved productivity, less errors, and improved customer experience. Nandan described the value of augmentation in automation and how it is misinterpreted as complete automation removing the need for humans.
