  • 台灣地狹人稠，自然資源缺乏，是個十足出口導向的國家。1971年台灣退出聯合國之後，雖然在國際貿易及外交上屢屢受阻，但是憑藉著在世界各地建立的經濟文化辦事處，仍然可以和各國維持良好的貿易與外交關係，繳出了2020年600億美元順差的成績單。

    俄烏衝突使國際情勢瞬間升溫，這樣的武裝衝突是否有可能發生在台灣也成了大家談論的焦點。

    今天很榮幸邀請到具有多年國際談判經驗以及曾擔任WTO駐瑞士代表的朱杯杯來告訴我們：
