  • abituallistically Me:

    Show Notes”

The Bonus Trailer is an introduction to the entire show and what to expect from the content. My podcast will outline mini stories of my life which has personal messages that describe the pain and the reason why I wanted to make a change.

The belief system that I was able to discover upon facing serious adversity and challenges shaped new paradigms that paved a better, more opportunity and improvement in the world around me.My stories begin with how this change came about and the levels of growth with more opportunity to understand me; the breaking down of old ways to rebuild new paradigms that better align with me and those around me, is everything.

The entire time of now knowing “what I stand for”, deluded by bad judgement, egotistical behavior had led to challenges I had to face, with a huge price to pay. Misconceptions and Insecurity had a hold over my entire personality, and it was time I came up for air....

These stories are in a sequential timeline to describe how purpose provided guidance in all the right ways. I was able to process the new paradigms to better, more productive thought patterns. This trailer is a message of how everything I have learned gave me a solid foundation on who I am and the things that make me who I am. The experiences and rewards have been worth the pain and struggle. Habitualistically Me, puts emphasis on the second nature of this inner core I built, all the little things I can do to make me whole, I will do every day.

My podcast will feature Three Seasons, 9 episodes, and bonus content.

New Episodes will air @ 10pm on Friday nights :)
