  • Do you want to make sure your vote is counted, improve government, and hear discussions about issues and candidates that impact your everyday lives? We empower you by providing voter registration, education, voter protection, and advocacy information to make informed decisions. Each month, we listen to you and answer your questions about the issues you care most about. The League of Women Voters hosts conversational interviews with civic and community leaders that help you select the candidate and support the issues that best represent your interests and impact your life in St. Pete. We give you tools and resources to power your vote. LWVSPA is a nonpartisan organization encouraging informed and active participation in government and helps the community influence public policy through education and advocacy. We don’t support any political party or candidate. Our podcast is produced by the League of Women Voters of the St. Petersburg Area and our audio engineer is Will Baldwin. Thank you to the Carter G. Woodson African American History Museum for letting us use their space for recording. Intro and outro music is "Sizzling" by Reaktor Productions.
