    Welcome back my friends!Have you ever had a gut feeling about something?
    Did you find out that gut feeling was right?Probably more often than not the gut feeling is either spot on or pretty damn close!
    How can that be? What kind of woowoo is this?
    The truth is there are a few ways to interpret this!
    The first is a little more scientific. The gut area of our bodies has been shown to contain brain type neurons that "think" in a more kinesthetic way, in other word a "feeling" rather than a logic! So when your gut is "telling" you something that is a sign that attention is needed. This can be a bad foreboding or a good go for it feeling! Gut feelings are not always bad and when harnessed to serve you can propel you to levels you never thought imaginable!
