A novelist, prize-winning short story writer, and poet, Clare is the author of Llewellyn’s Complete Book of Lucid Dreaming, Mindful Lucid Dreaming, and two lucid dream–inspired novels: Breathing in Colour and Dreamrunner which explore the topics of healing trauma and nightmares respectively through lucid dreaming. She also co-edited a book on children’s dreams and nightmares, Sleep Monsters and Superheroes: Empowering Children through Creative Dreamplay. Her latest book is The Art of Lucid Dreaming. Craig has designed personal development and biofeedback tools and helped found and produce the weekly radio show Making Contact that has been airing since 1995. He has consulted on major motion pictures, and worked personally with world class athletes, celebrities, authors and CEO’s helping them achieve profound breakthroughs. His recent book The Dreams Behind the Music, features stories from over 200 major artists of music inspired by dreams.
