  • Frankly, my 2022 sucked in so many ways!  But, guess what? I am still here! I am still standing.  I am standing tall, and I am still the strong woman you know and love.  

    Listen in as I share some of the crap I had to deal with in 2022, and what I did to overcome it.  Seriously, I found myself spiraling downward into a depression, and I had to get myself out of that, stat!   P.S. In  this episode, there are a few times where I have a cuss word.  My apologies if this offends you. I just get really passionate and it happens.  

    And, by the way, on a positive note ... 2022 was the year I got engaged to the man of my dreams!  So there is a rainbow!
