    This week, the 14850 Dining Report has the news that Kelly's Dockside Kafe is for sale on the Cayuga Lake Inlet. Building and business are listed together for 1.1 million dollars. Owner Albert Kelly -- known as just Kelly -- has been at it for fifty years, and has expanded from the original small diner on the site since taking over in 1974.
