James Kingdon - Classic Audiobooks

De: James Kingdon
  • Resumen

  • I have an absolute passion for narration and voice-over. It’s an unparalleled arena for fabulous imaginative creativity. I find it so exciting to be able to create pictures and emotions simply by using my voice and to share that with listeners. From a young age I was a voracious reader and would spend hours inventing character voices for whichever book I was enthralled by at the time. As a child I read Dickens, Tolkien, Eddings, Stevenson… I trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School receiving outstanding training from Voice Specialists Francis Thomas and Lynette Irving, refining my vocal technique and flexibility, plus excellent radio technique training from BBC producer Brian Miller. I work as a professional voice over artist and actor and have a particular affinity with the Classics, Science Fiction and Fantasy. I also co run Summer Light Theatre with my partner Joanna, dedicated to bringing world class theatre to everyone via our YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@SummerLightTheatre/).
