    Do you exist to make others happy? And are you ok with what you find? And if not – what are you going to do to change that?

    In this conversation, I share my journey over the last couple of years to break free from being a happiness martyr. I have come to the realization that no, I do not exist SOLELY to make others happy. While there is nothing wrong with wanting to make the people around me happy, I’ve realized that it can’t be at the expense of my own happiness. And I also can’t fill the happiness void with other things, simply because I have convinced myself that it’s the same thing.
