  • Falling into your Fear...Worse Case Scenario
    Jul 25 2024

Text if you need me? Prayer or just need encouragement…

Have you ever been, or known, a person who constantly thinks about the "worst-case scenario"?

In the world's view, a "worst-case scenario" person appears prepared and ready to handle any situation. However, a person relying on Christ as their Savior should see this mindset as blocking their miracles or blessings.

    Key Passages

    Numbers 13 & 14

    John 14:27

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

    Matthew 26:38-39
38 Then he said to them, “My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me.”

39 Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, “My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will.”

    Jul 18 2024

Text if you need me? Prayer or just need encouragement…

Marvel Universe meets the book of Esther! Have you ever felt alone and then all of a sudden your support system arrives? Well check out this take on that! Let God Assemble the support you need.

    Episode #11

Key Verses or Passages: Esther 8:8-13

****Verse 8:Now write another decree in the king’s name in behalf of the Jews as seems best to you, and seal it with the king’s signet ring —for no document written in the king’s name and sealed with his ring can be revoked.”

At once the royal secretaries were summoned—on the twenty-third day of the third month, the month of Sivan. They wrote out all Mordecai’s orders to the Jews, and to the satraps, governors and nobles of the 127 provinces stretching from India to Cush. These orders were written in the script of each province and the language of each people and also to the Jews in their own script and language.

****Verse 10: Mordecai wrote in the name of King Xerxes (Zurk seez) sealed the dispatches with the king’s signet ring, and sent them by mounted couriers, who rode fast horses especially bred for the king.

****Verse 11:The king’s edict granted the Jews in every city the right to assemble and protect themselves; to destroy, kill and annihilate the armed men of any nationality or province who might attack them and their women and children, and to plunder the property of their enemies.

****Verse 12: The day appointed for the Jews to do this in all the provinces of King Xerxes (Zurk Seez) was the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, the month of Adar. A copy of the text of the edict was to be issued as law in every province and made known to the people of every nationality so that the Jews would be ready on that day to avenge themselves on their enemies.

    Hebrews 10:25 (KJV)

"Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day

  • Jealousy, Influencers, and Who are you googling?
    Jul 11 2024

Text if you need me? Prayer or just need encouragement…

Jealousy or Coveting…Ever experienced it? I have for sure. Both ways! I experienced it where people were jealous of me and also how I was jealous of them. It’s not pretty. I’m gonna put myself out here today and talk about myself being jealous or coveting what someone else had. I didn’t want to be cliché and discuss the jealousy I have dealt with from others. Let’s be real and discuss an ugly side of me that I wasn’t proud of for a bit.

    Key Verses & Passages:

Exodus 20:17 - “You shall not covet your neighbor’s house; you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, or his male servant, or his female servant, or his ox, or his donkey, or anything that is your neighbor’s.”

Romans 5:8 - “But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

    Numbers 12:1-10

    Miriam and Aaron Oppose Moses
    12
Miriam and Aaron began to talk against Moses because of his Cushite wife, for he had married a Cushite. 2 “Has the Lord spoken only through Moses?” they asked. “Hasn’t he also spoken through us?” And the Lord heard this.

3 (Now Moses was a very humble man, more humble than anyone else on the face of the earth.)

4 At once the Lord said to Moses, Aaron and Miriam, “Come out to the tent of meeting, all three of you.” So the three of them went out. 5 Then the Lord came down in a pillar of cloud; he stood at the entrance to the tent and summoned Aaron and Miriam. When the two of them stepped forward, 6 he said, “Listen to my words:

“When there is a prophet among you,
I, the Lord, reveal myself to them in visions,
I speak to them in dreams.

    7 But this is not true of my servant Moses;
he is faithful in all my house.

8 With him I speak face to face,
    clearly and not in riddles;
he sees the form of the Lord.
Why then were you not afraid
to speak against my servant Moses?”

9 The anger of the Lord burned against them, and he left them.

10 When the cloud lifted from above the tent,Miriam’s skin was leprous[a]—it became as white as snow. Aaron turned toward her and saw that she had a defiling skin disease,

  • Overcoming a Satan Smackdown
    Jul 4 2024

Text if you need me? Prayer or just need encouragement…

Smackdown, Takedown. Things Satan loves to do. This week's episode is straight talk. Wanted to share a really tough time in my life and how I overcame the Satan Takedown! Working in fashion and retail was my passion and it was almost taken away from me by the fall angel himself, the Devil. But God protected me in ways I couldn't have imagined.

    Key Passages & Verses:

    Ephesians 6:11-12
11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powersof this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

    James 4:7
7 Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

    1 Samuel 30:6
6 David was greatly distressed because the men were talking of stoning him; each one was bitter in spirit because of his sons and daughters. But David found strength in the Lord his God.

Things to avoid a Satan Takedown
    1. Plan Better
    2. Don't wrestle or argue with God
    3. Document your prayers
    4. Praise God in advance

  • Plan of Action: Holiday Sale vs King David’s Battle
    Jun 27 2024

Text if you need me? Prayer or just need encouragement…

What is a strategy? Should we have a plan of action as Christians? Today we look at executing a plan with God. King David had countless wars he fought in and for sure had strategies in place as well as faith in God to be successful. Check out the pod today as well as explore plans of actions and what it means as a Christian?

    Key Passages:

    2 Samuel 16:23
    New International Version

23 Now in those days the advice Ahithophel gave was like that of one who inquires of God. That was how both David and Absalom regarded all of Ahithophel’s advice.

    2 Samuel 15:32-34
    New International Version

32 When David arrived at the summit, where people used to worship God, Hushai the Arkite was there to meet him, his robe torn and dust on his head. 33 David said to him, “If you go with me, you will be a burden to me.34 But if you return to the city and say to Absalom, ‘Your Majesty, I will be your servant; I was your father’s servant in the past, but now I will be your servant,’ then you can help me by frustrating Ahithophel’s advice.

    2 Samuel 17:7-14
    New International Version

7 Hushai replied to Absalom, “The advice Ahithophel has given is not good this time. 8 You know your father and his men; they are fighters, and as fierce as a wild bear robbed of her cubs. Besides, your father is an experienced fighter; he will not spend the night with the troops. 9 Even now, he is hidden in a cave or some other place. If he should attack your troops first,[a] whoever hears about it will say, ‘There has been a slaughter among the troops who follow Absalom.’ 10 Then even the bravest soldier, whose heart is like the heart of a lion, will melt with fear, for all Israel knows that your father is a fighter and that those with him are brave.

11 “So I advise you: Let all Israel, from Dan to Beersheba—as numerous as the sand on the seashore—be gathered to you, with you yourself leading them into battle. 12 Then we will attack him wherever he may be found, and we will fall on him as dew settles on the ground. Neither he nor any of his men will be left alive. 13 If he withdraws into a city, then all Israel will bring ropes to that city, and we will drag it down to the valley until not so much as a pebble is left.”

14 Absalom and all the men of Israel said, “The advice of Hushai the Arkite is better than that of Ahithophel.” For the Lord had determined to frustrate the good advice of Ahithophel in order to bring disaster on Absalom.

  • Stop Trying to Make Your Own Blessings & Your Own Timing
    Jun 20 2024

Text if you need me? Prayer or just need encouragement…

Why do we lack patience when God promises something to you? Why do we take mattes into our own hands at times when it's not needed? This episode today intertwines the Biblical couple Abram & Sarai (who later on become Abraham & Sarah) with Solar Panels. I'll explain! Take some time and listen in today! It's worth it!

    Key Passages: Genesis 15:1-4, 16:1-2, 16:12

    The Lord’s Covenant With Abram
    Genesis 15:1-4
    15
After this, the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision:

    “Do not be afraid, Abram.
    I am your shield,[a]
    your very great reward.[b]”

2 But Abram said, “Sovereign Lord, what can you give me since I remain childless and the one who will inherit[c] my estate is Eliezer of Damascus?”3 And Abram said, “You have given me no children; so a servant in my household will be my heir.”

4 Then the word of the Lord came to him: “This man will not be your heir, but a son who is your own flesh and blood will be your heir.”

    Hagar and Ishmael
    Genesis 16:1-2
    16
Now Sarai, Abram’s wife, had borne him no children. But she had an Egyptian slave named Hagar; 2 so she said to Abram, “The Lord has kept me from having children. Go, sleep with my slave; perhaps I can build a family through her.”

Abram agreed to what Sarai said.

    Genesis 16:12
    12 He will be a wild donkey of a man;
his hand will be against everyone
    and everyone’s hand against him,
and he will live in hostility
    toward[a] all his brothers.”

  • Lions KILL...SHUT it down like Daniel
    Jun 13 2024

Text if you need me? Prayer or just need encouragement…

I had a LION for a coach! This is will make all the sense in the world after this episode! We are studying the famous story of Daniel and how that ties into anyone going through a tough time.

Passage of the Day: Daniel 6:17,19-22

17 A stone was brought and placed over the mouth of the den, and the king sealed it with his own signet ring and with the rings of his nobles, so that Daniel’s situation might not be changed.

19 At the first light of dawn, the king got up and hurried to the lions’ den.20 When he came near the den, he called to Daniel in an anguished voice, “Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to rescue you from the lions?”

21 Daniel answered, “May the king live forever! 22 My God sent his angel, and he shut the mouths of the lions. They have not hurt me, because I was found innocent in his sight. Nor have I ever done any wrong before you, Your Majesty.”
