Why in earth would it be OK for an an attempted murderer be set free, MORE THAN ONCE? He should be put into a mental health facility for life. Why would he have more rights than his victims? It makes no sense. Court said he had competency of a kindergartner, but did he “graduate” from high school? If so, there are MANY people at fault here. Wrong place, wrong time “theory” is victim-blaming in my opinion in this case. Jillian’s family should not need a go fund me, murderer’s family should pay for medical and funeral expenses.
