Coach K, has many many on the track accomplishments; but these as you might expect pale in comparison to the impact he has had on countless student athlete over the course of his long and successful career, our conversation will cover a broad range of topics including; his experience as a coach in the athletic department, his thoughts on leadership, some of the fads in track as well as his thoughts on having staying power in a hard profession.

    Professor Abigail Eiler, MSW ' 06, is a licensed clinical social worker and educator with more than 15 years of experience working in tribal and non-tribal communities across the country and in Canada. She deeply values teaching about social justice and implementing its principles into her clinical practice. She utilizes an anti-racist framework and makes intentional strides to address Privilege, Oppression, Diversity and Social Justice (PODS) theories, research, and practice central to her social work pedagogy. The conversation covers a wide range of topics from her professional work experience, to her journey to back to the athletic department, her views on social and racial justice as well as her perspective on purpose and everything between.

    Our guest take over is Nathan "Nate" and Theresa "T" Brannen. Founders of Citius Properties, the couple has successfully flipped over a dozen properties since founding the organization in 2017. Theresa, a relentless Realtor and member of the EZ Sales Team at Keller Williams Citywide; she works tirelessly for her clients in support of their real estate goals. Did we forget to mention, Nate, is a three-time Olympian in Track and Field representing Canada he was also a member of six (6) World Track and Field Championship teams, three (3) Commonwealth Games, and the World Athletic Final. Theresa a two-time College All American and a member of twelve (12) Big Ten Championship teams. Not to mention, Nate is in his 8th season as the head coach of St. Edward's Track & Field and Cross Country teams. We spent a little bit of time reminiscing and a lot of time talking about what drives these two successful athletes to start a home renovation business (Citius Properties) and work tirelessly in representing their real estate clients, volunteer in their community, raise two beautiful children all the while continuing to find ways to compete and give it their best in whatever they do.
