Justin LaPree is Marine veteran, ex-Wall Street salesman, entrepreneur, and former Austin firefighter. He is the Founder and President of Heroic Path to Light, an Entheogenic Church, Non-Profit Organization, based in Austin, Texas. This organization champions entheogenic therapy as a therapeutic tool for the veteran, first responder, and Gold/White Star communities. His mission, born out of his own journey to recovery, centers on providing holistic, alternative therapies to address mental health issues at their core in a legal, secure and sacred environment within the borders of our own country.

In this episode, Justin shares his experience in the Marine Corps during 9/11, his battle with PTSD, and his first experience with psychedelics. He shares vulnerably about his extreme struggles with depression, homelessness, and suicide and how he found hope through discovery of the life-saving potential of entheogenic therapy.
